Job Description

We are looking for a VVIP Executive IT Support Analyst, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:
- Primary Skill: Infrastructure Operations
- IT troubleshooting and support experience 
- Relationship management 
- Expertise in Windows and M365 
- Expertise in Apple and iOS 
- Expertise in Audio Visual equipment

Roles and Responsibilities:
- The role will involve providing exclusive IT support to the client’s VVIP Executive team and their Assistants in Singapore. 
- In addition to troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, the resource will be expected to engage with stakeholders and to build rapport and effective working relationships. 
- Technologies will include Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, O365 and Audio/Visual.
