We are looking for a Tester, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:
- At least 5 year experience writing test cases and test execution 
- At least 5 year experience in testing complex application with multiple interfaces 
- Test Execution with open mind and utilize tools to improve efficiency 
- Willingness to work in challenging conditions like tight timeline and off hours 
- Experience in Requirements Analysis 
- Experience in Cash Management/Payment, Internet Banking, Remittance is a plus 
- Experience with Test Automation 
- Experience in AS400 base application is a plus 
- Experience of complete software development lifecycles – waterfall and agile project experience 
- Sound understanding of retail banking and knowledge and application of banking technology and regulations/compliance 
- HP Quality Center for Test Cases and Defects Management 
- HP Quick Test Pro (Functional Testing) 
- HP LoadRunner (Performance Testing) – awareness 
- Hands on experience with Confluence & JIRA

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform high quality manual testing and automated testing in Cash Management (Payment, Remittance, Corporate Internet Banking)
- Drive consistency and standardisation in test planning, test cases definition and execution and test management and reporting
- Design and execute effective test plans
- Define and track test metrics to drive quality improvements
- Formulate End to End scenario across applications.
- Define test cases, test suites and test data for execution
- Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements for all test types
- Execute the assigned test cases as per time allocated by the lead/manager
- Accurate testing results verification & logging, and correct defect classification as per defined standard
- Communicate with technical and non-technical resources and work with limited direction while being highly productive
- Analyse test results and any other test related issues that arise during project’s test phase
- Assist the project team in issue resolution to meet the requirements and timelines
- Provide Test Progress reports to stakeholder and Project teams
