We are looking for a Technofunctional Business Analyst (e-Banking), who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:
- Degree in IT Software Engineering
- Ideally 5 years of experience in a SCRUM delivery model within the financial sector
- Strong experience in soliciting functional and non-functional requirements
- Solid understanding of e-banking Software Development processes
- Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
- Good understanding of technical architecture and IT systems, understanding of cloud infrastructure is a plus
- Strong background in business analysis for frontend applications
- Financial literacy, preferably on financial instruments such as equities, bonds, funds, structured products and derivatives
- Orchestrated backlog refinements before
- Experience with UML modeling tools, business processes (BPMN), state diagrams and conceptual data models and ability to express complex ideas with those tools and methodologies
- Proven track record experience with most of the following tools & technologies: HTML, XML, JSON, SQL, Oracle, JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Effectively collaborate with all stakeholders regardless of their interests and field of expertise
- Specify use cases and the corresponding functional and non-functional requirements, translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Develop subject matter expertise on a new application and the surrounding business processes
- Work out user stories that can be implemented, tested and released smoothly
- Bring value constantly across software delivery lifecycle, sprints & releases
- Closely collaborate with technologists and product owner to drive delivery within an Agile framework
