We are looking for a Techno - Functional Business Analyst, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:
- Primary Skill: Java Enterprise Edition
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant of study
- Minimum of at least 2 years related experience in Business Analyst capacity
- Technical exposure to software development and entire software development lifecycle will be preferred
- Knowledge in Agile Methodology or Scrum process will be an advantage
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, impact analysis, functional testing, and documentation will be mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Techno-Functional Business Analyst will be responsible for the functional analysis and testing of a portfolio of applications required by the clients and managing required enhancements for the applications.
- This is a COBOL to JAVA migration project and this role will help to grow the person in the following areas:
   -> Strengthen the knowledge COBOL language
   -> Strengthen the knowledge of JAVA
   -> Understand how mainframe function
   -> Understand how JAVA framework function
   -> Understand high level infrastructure of mainframe and java co-existence
   -> Strengthen stakeholders management skills
- Identifying business or functional requirements and translating them into business and technology solutions
- Investigating functional and technical issues of the associated applications
- Working with developers to assess changes and implement these on time
- Performing system integration testing and coordinating user acceptance test with users
- Interacting with end users on clarifying requirements and issues in order to turn around within the expected service level agreement
- Providing solutions and options on operational issues encountered by end users
- Using expertise to develop and support operable and cost-effective solutions
- Reviewing solution blueprints, estimates, conceptual designs, and other deliverables
- Developing and implementing quality business solutions for the client
