We are looking for a Support Analyst R3, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the service delivery or product team(s) in preparing reports from testing results daily.
- The reports will be send to the client and also the project management team daily.
- Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable and resource is meticulous in the communication of all data.
- Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date
