We are looking for a Solution Architect, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software design, management information systems, engineering or a related field, desired.
- 10 years minimum of progressive experience in technical solutions development using Microsoft platforms with extensive experience in design, architecture, and deployment of messaging solutions.
- 3 years’ minimum experience in solutions consulting spanning full-lifecycle technical leadership from requirements gathering through to implementation, transition, and operations.
- Ability to prepare and present solutions from lay users to leadership.
- 2 years’ minimum experience with Microsoft Online Services (Office 365/BPOS).
- 5 years’ minimum technical experience in Microsoft Office 365; Microsoft Core
- Infrastructure (Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 R2, Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy, ADFS);
- Microsoft Messaging (Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013); Microsoft Virtualization (Hyper-V and / or App-V); Microsoft SharePoint.
