We are looking for a ServiceNow Techno-Functional Consultant, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow Technical experience across the following areas:
- Primary Skill: ServiceNow

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Custom Application development & CSM Module experience on ServiceNow platform
- Custom Integration using SOAP and REST
- Scripting in JavaScript, Jelly and HTML
- Custom UI Pages, Business Rules, Workflows, Macros and Client Scripts
- ServiceNow Version Upgrades
- Able to work independently with the client (with minimal guidance) and be able to suggest appropriate solutions for any ad-hoc requirements
- Performance analytics and custom reporting
- Handle client stakeholders directly for techno-functional discussions
