Job Description

We are looking for a Service Now Project Management, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 5 Months (Extendable)


- Should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow from a Technical and Functional perspective. 
- Should have strong understanding of all ITIL Processes and must have implementation experience with processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Config. Mgmt., Availability, Capacity Mgmt. etc. 
- Should have an innovation mind set for developing new Service offerings. Should have experience working within Practice and Development Teams. 
- Experience of Transition, Transformation, Gap Analysis, CSI projects is a must.
- Must have managed a minimum of 2 to 3 Implementation projects using ServiceNow. 
- Participate with the Customer Process Managers/Owners in the responsibility of driving Process improvements along with handling enhancements in Process/Tools. 
- Perform Project Planning, Control and Implementation for the requirements collated from different work streams. 
- Work as a Functional Consultant to provide Tool specific requirements for the Tool and work closely with the customer, Tools Team
- Very Strong Project Management and Communication Skills, previously worked on repairs Management/warranty management, strong in Process Modelling, Supply – PM integration.
- Experience in Investment Evaluation, Cost Modelling, Opportunity Framing 

Skills Required:
- ITIL Intermediate is a must, ITIL Expert is preferred. 
- Prince 2 / PMP preferred and not a must. 
- ServiceNow Admin certification is preferred but not a must
- Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills 
- Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language 
- Ability to organize, delegate, and leverage resources to accomplish objectives
- Supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from other parts of the organization 
- Organizational and time management skills
- Service Now Project Management experience
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow from a Technical and Functional perspective
- Must have managed a minimum of 2 to 3 Implementation projects using ServiceNow.
