Job Description

We are looking for a Service Desk Agent, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Open the Technical support issue 
- Supply information about incident
- Support the AWS API (standard changes opened via Ticketing Tool) – SME for interface
- Submit queries related to General Guidance on AMS or other AWS Services and classify their priority
- Request details of changes made by AMS team or AMS tools (using Athena queries)
