Job Description

We are looking for a Service Desk, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years of IT helpdesk/service desk experience.
- Primary Skill: Customer Service

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service operations processes of problem, change, configuration, incident and release management.
- Specialize in the delivery of one of the processes,or provide management and coordination across multiple processes.
