Job Description

We are looking for a Service Delivery Executive, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 6 Months

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma in IT, Engineering or Telecommunication
- Ability to use Microsoft suite of products i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, Intranet and Internet Explorer
- Knowledge of telecoms products and Pegasus system will be an advantage
- Independent and proactive team player
- Must be meticulous, organized and reliable & able to handle work pressure well

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gatekeeper for the Data, Voice, Satellite (fixed and Managed services) orders - Process orders into Pegasus/BCC timely and accurately
- Receives order details from sales, MS teams in the form of emails, tickets and various documents in different formats
- Validate the order details – customer details validation, pricing validations, order information validation, feasibility checks
- Collate the necessary information and send to the order entry team
- For orders involving local service providers, send the details to Data procurement Teams
- For orders involving 3rd part vendors, send to Managed Services Procurement teams
- Meet prescribed Customer Service standards and level and performance objectives – meet SLAs and KPIs
- Ensure all system- generated reports are actioned as required
