Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Support Analyst, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:
Duration: Permanent
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Unix & Java, Oracle, and FileNet.
- Strong in Service Delivery and support activities, Troubleshooting, Analytical Skills, Client Focused, Applications Health Checks, Automations, maintenance and Change-related activity.
- Hands-on experience in API, Web Based Applications, Scripting, and Automation.
- ITIL process with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provides application software development services typically in a defined project.
- Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
- Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements, and maintains software applications.
- Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code
- Ensures system improvements are successfully implemented.
