We are looking for a SCx Recruiter, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 6 Months Extendable

Requirements:
- Primary Skill: Recruitment Process
- Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines
- Min. 3 years' recruitment process experience, preferably focusing on high-volume contractor hiring

Roles and Responsibilities:
Requisition Management:
- Work with local stakeholders on Cx staffing fulfilment requirements
- Respond to requests for new contractor hiring
- Review candidates, schedule interviews and manage hiring manager interaction

Contractor Enablement
- Execute onboarding and enablement of external resources
- Exit/Disable external resources when appropriate

Contractor Management
- Manage contractor work orders and ensure compliance to legislative requirements
- Work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve contractor issues
