We are looking for a S&C People Communications Manager, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:
- Primary Skill: Communications Management
- Expertise in any type of publishing portal software, but preferred in experience in WordPress
- Experience working in Teams and Teams Live for broadcasts
- Experience in various broadcast platforms
- Experience in Microsoft office products - Word, PPT and excel (do not need to be a super user of Excel)
- Experience using some form of broad-based mailer tool
- Experience managing agency for video, creative development and other campaign management needs

Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
- Work Experience: at least 6 years of experience in internal communications, community engagement or related corporate communications

Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketing and communications experience
- Ability to design, build and run integrated end-to-end campaigns
- Content creation: short form
- Experiential experience (virtual internal events)
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong writing skills
- Creative minded
- Ability to establish and roll out programs across the organization
- Executive presence to work with senior stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
- Strong experience in communications and message development
- Demonstrable experience within communication strategy, marketing and change management/transformation communications is preferred
- Strong experience in internal and people-focused communications and engagement programs
- Experience in creating end-to-end content-led campaigns across all relevant internal channels
- Experience in working across all content formats, including digital and video
- Executive presence to work with senior stakeholders
- Proven internal change management experience
- Adept analytical skills with proven ability to dissect large amounts of data and turn it into actionable initiatives
- Superior time management and communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration and leadership in professional setting
- Ability to work across multiple countries/time zones and collaborate across a diverse network of people
- Strong comfort level with technology and ability to convey complex information
