We are looking for a Recruiter, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:
- With 1 year of working experience in recruitment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Daily communications and activities with clients (typically aligned with Program Professional)
- Proactively communicating with client contact regarding job orders, submittals, rejections, interviews, offers and candidate updates on onboarding process.
- Responsible in attending supplier calls.
- Raise challenges/struggles with the client - Escalates the following items to leads: no response to submittals, pay rates challenge, issues regarding reputation of company placement.
- Work with Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment strategies and to overcome challenges in finding talent.
- Accountable to lead and for the projects allocated and outcomes.
