Job Description

We are looking for a e-Commerce Product Owner for Customer Services Manager, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 6 Months

Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Information Management Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Product Ownership, driving process improvements
- Strong eye for business, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences
- Ability to set goals and drive to their fulfillment. Take responsibility for actions/outcomes and wants to be held accountable for successes and failures.
- Work Experience in the Automotive Industry/Retail preferred 
- Experience in Agile working methodology preferred
- Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required;
- Experience in leading a team
- Readiness to travel; (15% of travel)
- Strong analytical and abstraction skills
- If possible: experience in the Customer services environment (After-Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner and provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements 
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Define product vision, support in defining the road-map and watch out for growth opportunities 
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new   functionalities
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Follow our competitors and the industry 
- Support in Evaluation of Market Requests for Process and System changes. 
- Provide consultancy and support to stakeholders in terms of digitalization of retail business.
- Conceptualizing an IT Target Landscape to support the Sales Process Blueprint for Customer Services products, e.g. Technical Accessories, Tires, Collection, Car Care products, Service Contracts
- Ensuring the Integration of Systems & Data with special Focus on Middleware integrating Retail Front-End Systems and Foundation Systems in cooperation with the IT Department.
- Supporting to integrate market specific requirements in market-specific solution
- Implement translations & market specific content
- Accompany payment setup in market
- Ensure implementation of legal check findings & document requirements
- Seller setup (prices, legal doc, …)
- Market specific DCP configuration & adaptions (setup instance, assortment, translation, payment, local system integration)
- Ongoing maintenance & enhancements according to prioritized backlog and aligned with KPI targets
- Define & execute roadmap, program increment plannings, demos, retrospectives
- Adapt and redefine the existing user stories implemented in other pilot markets
- Definition of customer journeys based on DCP marketplace approach
- Maintain overall initiative & requirement backlog for all eCommerce related systems
- Conduct product vision circles & stakeholder management
- Business Go-live planning & alignment
