Job Description

We are looking for a Oracle Finance Consultant (O2C, P2P, R2R, EPM), who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:


Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree or higher in Finance or Engineering is preferred.
- Professional qualification in Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Experience of at least 4-8 years in ERP or Finance Consolidation Domain (e.g. Oracle Fusion, EBS, Hyperion, NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Infor, etc)
- Ability to configure AP, AR, GL, FA or Procurement
- Possess business acumen with in depth understanding of financial business operation flows
- Capable to troubleshoot and provide quality problems resolution
- Be able to cope with multi-tasking assignment excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good communication and client facing skills
- Minimum of 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance/Procurement implementation experience
- Adequate higher education and Oracle certifications to justify experience in accounting and Oracle knowledge
- Experience of building reports on OTBI and BI Publisher a definite plus
- Prior experiences in Oracle EBS Finance implementation is an added advantage (min 2-3 end to end cycles of EBS is a real plus)
- Proficiency in Oracle E-business Suite implementation and maintenance of Finance modules such as AP, AR, FA, CM, GL, iExpenses with some experience in Purchasing, iprocurement, Order management, shipping and Inventory
- Need to have good understanding of finance module interfaces between other modules and with external systems will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with Finance business process owners and relevant Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements to technology solutions related to O2C, P2P, R2R or Finance Consolidation processes
- Plan, organize and conduct workshops to facilitate discussions and decisions for building business applications
- Identify and collect requirements for designing and building business applications
- Analyze and design solutions for the Finance systems
- Plan and perform various test cycles like integration testing, system testing and UAT
- Create and manage documentation as appropriate related to creation of desktop manuals, test scenarios, test conditions, and test scripts
