   -> Azure (Government): AAD, ASG/NSG/VNET, Backup, Sentinel, Monitor, Metric, Alerts, Workbooks, App services, Storage accounts

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Rostered 24x7 Response
- Incident and Service Request handling.
  -> 80 Incidents
  -> 90 Service Requests
- Project Support
- Audit support
- Daily BAU tasks
- Health Checks
- Troubleshooting
- Backup and Recovery
- Power maintenance activities
- Regular Patch Management (Adhoc, Critical Fix, Planned monthly)
- Upgrades
- Documentation
- DR exercises
- Reporting when needed
- Proper Inventory updates
- Able to manage and administer all aspects of services
  -> CRUD (Create/Read/Update/Delete)
  -> ACLs
  -> Whitelist/Blacklist
  -> VLANS
  -> MFA
  -> Wireless Access Points
  -> Cable Patching/Troubleshooting
- Able to manage and administer all aspects of services
  -> Create/Delete rules
  -> Test rules
  -> Analyze traffic
  -> Optimize Rules
- Able to manage and administer all aspects of services
  -> CRUD Load balancing services
- Able to manage and administer all aspects of services
  -> CRUD Sponsor codes/events/reporting of utilization
- Know the ITSM process
- Ensure proper ownership of assigned tickets (Incident and Service Requests) 
- Ensure timely assessment, update and implementation of assigned tickets
