We are looking for a Network Engineer (Republic Poly) , who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 48 Months

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Network routers & switches (Alcatel, Cisco ASA and Umbrella)
- Experience in installation, Create/Delete rules, Test rules, Optimize rules, Analyze traffic of Palo Alto Firewall (On premise and Azure)
- F5 CRUD / Aruba Clearpass
- Well-versed in ITSM process & ticketing process
- Understand IT operations, technology and maintaining computer network systems.
- Weekly Rostered on 24/7 Standby Support (Standby allowance provided)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Able to manage and administer all aspects of services of Alcatel, Cisco ASA and Umbrella
- Create/Delete rules, Test rules, Optimize rules, Analyze traffic of Palo Alto Firewall (On premise and Azure)
- F5 CRUD Load balancing services
- CRUD Sponsor codes/events/reporting of utilization for Aruba Clearpass
- Know the ITSM process
- Ensure proper ownership of assigned tickets (Incident and Service Requests) 
- Ensure timely assessment, update and implementation of assigned tickets
