We are looking for a Network Engineer, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: Permanent

Requirements:
- Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
- CCNP or higher is a must (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued).
- Fortinet NSE 4 preferred but not a must, or must have at least an experience in managing Fortinet Fortigate or similar appliances.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
- Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related subject.
- Schedule flexibility (able to align with a central US schedule).
- Suitable WAH environment, but ability to attend site when required.
- Previous experience within the Contact Center industry preferred.
