Job Description

We are looking for a Level 3 Support Engineer (Java), who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:

- Excellent working knowledge in Java
- Primary Skill: Java (Language)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform and manage incident and event tickets, determine priority, and resolution from Level 2 escalation within defined SLA in compliance to Client's incident management process
- Perform troubleshooting within the assigned application
- Manage application jobs, and provide instructions to Level 1 and 2 Application Operations team for jobs recovery/execution
- Perform Service Requests (e.g. data patching, extraction of data or report, answer usage queries, etc.)
