Job Description
We are looking for a L2 Support Engineer, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:
Duration: Permanent
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in L2 support.
- Application Support experience with working knowledge on Unix, SQL database, and basic knowledge of any programming language like JAVA/Scripting language, etc.
- Any programming language knowledge for deep-dive analysis on Incident resolution & user inquiries
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
-> Change management
-> Incident management
-> Problem management
- Experience in a programming language, code processing with debug skills.
