Job Description

We are looking for a IT Service Management Coordinator , who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years of service desk/ITSM experience.
- Primary Skill: Program and Project Management.
- Additional Job Details:
   -> IT service management
   -> ITIL

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Service Desk - Deliver Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service operations processes of problem, change, configuration, incident and release management.
- Specialize in the delivery of one of the processes, or provide management and coordination across multiple processes.
