We are looking for a IT Customer Service Representative (Helpdesk), who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Requirements:
- Primary Skill: Customer Service
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform Helpdesk duties
- Log Incident Requests, Service Requests and Change Requests
- Perform first level troubleshooting
- Perform SoD conflict checks
