We are looking for a IBM Cloud Administrator, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Cloud skills such as orchestration and performance management
- At least 3 years of experience of the Cloud stack: IaaS, PaaS and/or SaaS within Public or Private environments of IBM Cloud
- IBM Cloud Associate Advocate Certified
- IBM Cloud Technical Advocate Certified

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain Kubernetes manifests (yaml, helm charts)
- Maintain container base images - middleware and applications - including rolling updates.
- Maintain the DevOps tools to support releases, builds, deployments, source code control and repositories.
- Provide L1 (Help Desk), L1.5 (Mgmt Escalation), L2, L3 Support for OpenShift/IBM Cloud
- OpenShift Platform Upgrades
- Monitor cluster statistics and Manage Capacity
   -> CPU
   -> RAM
   -> Storage
- Monitoring, Problem/Incident Management for OpenShift Platform
   -> Network
   -> Control Planes
   -> Master Nodes
   -> Worker Nodes
   -> Services
- Perform and Manage Backups
- Manage Access/Identity/Groups Control for IBM Cloud
- Service Management (KPI/SLA) Tracking and Reporting
- In terms of monitoring tools, it’s Prometheus and Grafana
