We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Counter), who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:
Duration: 6 Months
- Customer Service experience
- At least ITE or Dip
- Savvy in using computer
- Primary Skill- Call / Conversation Management
- BMC IT Service Management (ITSM) (P3 - Advanced)
- Call and Conversation Management (P1 - Beginner)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support for resolution of customer IT problems, requests and queries.
- Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
- Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, and perform standard transaction processing.
