We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:
Duration: 12 Months
- Primary Skill: Customer Service
- At least 1 year of call center customer service experience
- Must able to commit to work on Monday and Tuesday, 6 hours each day and able to commit minimum 12 hours per week
- Additional Job Details:

-> Customer Service Management
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
- Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
- Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
- lst level helpdesk to respond to call and provide resolution to customer queries
