We are looking for a Change Management Analyst, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:
- Primary Skill: Change Management

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Consolidate inputs and action items from Change Impact Assessment (CIA)
- Develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Plan and execute training delivery
- Develop and drive training materials development
- Coordinate and facilitate training schedules and logistics
- Develop and monitor training feedback survey
- Manage interns who will be helping out with training
- Able to problem-solve and have critical thinking skills
- Able to articulate and communicate effectively
