We are looking for a Business Process Designer, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:
- Experience in business processes related design work or has worked on BPM product(s)
- Basic understanding of IT system architecture, system interfaces so to ensure overall design decisions is as per high level system architecture
- Effective in collaborating with technical team & Solution Architect to explain functional requirements in both business and technical manners
- Proficient in functional, workflow, Integration and basic UI design thinking / approach. 
- Experience in client management and ability to coordinate and lead design workshops with business users 
- Experience in building, mentoring and establishing standards and processes for the team. 
- Has experience in test management and providing guidance to the testing team to build up testing strategy

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and transform requirements to system designs. 
- To validate system solutions with technical teams and to create design artefacts/ deliverables.
