We are looking for a Business Analysts, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Requirements:
- 7+ years of working experience in the related field is required for this role. 
- Skilled in writing business and IT requirements
- Expertise in telecom BSS or OSS eTOM processes
- Functional competence in telecom' CRMS/ Billing or fulfillment process
- Skilled in conducting workshop with business and collate system requirements
- Skilled in conducting workshop with business and document to-be business process

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with organizations to help them improve their processes and systems. 
- Conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to businesses and their clients.
