Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst (ServiceNow), who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:
Duration: 3 Months
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow BA and Developer with knowledge across the ITSM modules to document user requirement and implement
- Minimum 4 years of experience ServiceNow Platform
- Business Analyst experience in Telecom domain
- Skillset:
-> Flow Designer
-> Create Scripts
-> Business Rules
-> Mail Templates and Mail Scripts
-> Security ACL
-> Rest/SOAP Integrations
- ServiceNow admin / developer certification added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and run workshops with users to capture the use requirement
- Validation and documentation of requirements with users
- Propose solution design based on business requirements
- Work with solution architect
- Implementation the solution and unit test
- Execute and support integration testing
