Job Description

We are looking for a Bridge Support Analyst - Data Center, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Mandatory Technical Skills: 
- 3+ Yrs of Remote Infrastructure Support experience with knowledge on Datacenter enviornment 
- Understanding of Server and Network terminologies.
- Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.

Desirable Technical Skills: 
- Understanding of Datacenter enviornment.

Mandatory Functional Skills: 
- Strong customer relations experience
- Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
- Knows when to refer issues to supervisor and when to handle them personally
- Solves problems using standard procedures and precedents


Roles and Responsibilities:
- Bridge initiation and support
- Update bridge information
- Engagement if appropriate support teams based on engagement process and procedures
- Bridge handover-takeover
- Capturing relevant information and updating during bridge calls
- Send communications to stakeholders
