Job Description

We are looking for a Assistant Manager, Senior Salesforce Developer in Singapore, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Requirements:

Training
- Salesforce certification(s) is mandatory (Platform Developer, Sales&Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Specialist)
- Relevant Education in Cpmuter Science, engineering or IT  
- Technology consulting background is preferred

Experience (type of)
- 5+ Years of related experience in Salesforce development

Specific knowledge:
- Understanding of business requirement
- Hands on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Hands on experience in APEX coding and Salesforce configuration
- Hands on experience in Salesforce deployment using change set, ant tool, etc
- Have team lead experience in Salesforce development
- Code review for the development done by vendors 
- Experienced Salesforce developer and administrator in previous role
- Readiness to travel if required
- Fast learning, open-minded and focused


Roles and Responsibilities:

Consult introduction projects in the target markets 
- Before introduction: Analyse existing business processes and recommend the appropriate retail systems – if relevant
- Consult on the business benefits of introducing system with process mapping
- Conduct feasibility study for new demands

Business process consultancy to MPCs/GDs or during the projects implementation
- Analyse gaps between existing business processes and functions of the system. Review confirmed CSM (country specific modification) from customers
- Discuss with target organisation which gaps can be closed by system functions and where the process needs to be adapted
- Discuss which of the country’s requirements should be standard and which should be country specific; make a respective recommendation with G CoC Make sure DAI standard processes are adhered
- Participate in system parameter setup session together with system provider to ensure the setup is in accordance to business requirement and what was discussed during business process review
- Hands-on key users in integration tests especially in the area of vertical processes.
- Assess the readiness of key users and end users for go live.
- Practice and experience exchange
- Business consulting in Blueprint and know-how
- Business requirements and IT innovation collaboration
- Maintain business know-how competence by collaborating with business

User training during introduction
- Plan and conduct user training (“Train-the trainer”) when necessary
- Advise the target organisation on the definition of “super users” and internal trainers
- Advise the target organisation on training plans/needs

Internal knowledge and experience exchange to assist the taskforce who provide user related 3rd level service for the importers /MPC in the target markets 
- Share market practice from implementation
- Share localization, localization background, setup background from implementation
- Share new enhancement, development, release, QA, and APAC Blueprint
- Advise of scope increase after implementation

Keep up-to-date “know-how”of applications and system functions
- Regular contact with vendors to obtain information on new enhancements or system upgrades to maintain competence level
- Continuous testing on system to explore the capabilitities as well as challenge the logic of program
- Keep abreast on developments made to other applications which are integrated

Maintain Regular contact with Global CoC in product management
- Receive guidance concerning strategic Daimler standard processes
- Provide market requirements and prevailing conditions for the development of future process and applications strategies
- Responsible to perform Integration test on new development before it is released into the sign off system 
- Jointly plan with Global CoC on future development requirement
- Manage localization, regionalization and globalization of system enhancement with G CoC
- Responsible to document new development from APAC
- Blueprint certification process
- Blueprint governace in APAC 

Maintain knowledge position in Retail business area
- Provide guidance concerning system application and Daimler Blueprint as and when required
- Provide guidance and orientation to new members
- Governance of Change Request and MSMB development and implementation guideline

General Responsibilities
- Involve in the annual Regional User Group (RUG) activity
- Review and consult RUG request with the countries
- Ensure all RUG request adhere to the IUC/RUG rules and regulations
- Project Management
