Job Description

We are looking for a Application Tech Support Practitioner, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:
- Must have skills:
   -> Issue Management
   -> Application Vulnerability Management Operations
   -> Continuous Improvement
- Good to have skills (Optional)
   -> Software Quality Assurance 
   -> Microsoft Sharepoint 
   -> Authorisation Management

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with client to clarify issue and assign issue to team for resolution.
- Track and report on issues resolution.
- Assess common issues and suggest improvement points.
- Track and report day-to-day operations to maintain system stability
