Job Description
We are looking for a Application Support Engineer FSP (L2 Support), who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:
Duration: 12 Months
Requirements:
- Primary Skill: Java (language)
- Experinece in testing, issues troubleshooting and reporting
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Perform the day-to-day activities of the Operations team and coordinate with managers to develop, establish and maintain project management standards and procedures
- Investigate application issues and tickets raised by users.
- Communicate application fixes with offshore development team
- Coordinate verification and testing of the application fixes.
- Provide updates to leads on the progress of tickets.
