Job Description

We are looking for a APAC Contact Center Technical Project Manager (Onsite), who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:

- Manage multiple projects by providing leadership and daily management for all assigned projects
- Oversee all aspects of project including project timelines, resource allocation, implementation, documentation, status reporting and risk management
- Participate as regional / area lead for cross-functional projects
- Communicate directly with internal or external business partners globally

Key Attributes:
- Excellent organisational and time management
- Pro-active and able to work on own initiative

Experience / Skills Required:
- 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years of experience directly in implementing and management of contact center projects. Experience with outsourcing or offshoring projects will be an advantage
- Operational experience with Genesys CTI routing and available Work Force Management (WFM) solution

Key Qualifications:
- Goal oriented and highly motivated
- Strong background in contact centre system support
- Broad understanding of contact center technologies, call center voice applications and Avaya telephony hardware
