Job Description

We are looking for a Account Sales Executive Manager, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Duration: 6 Months

- With 2 Years and above experience

Roles and Responsibilities:
- ASE should show accountability and ownership towards customer requests and provide end to end support. 
- ASE is the customer point of contact along with Singtel Account Managers and is responsible for carrying out the customer projects and resolving billing issues.
- ASE should engage with the internal stakeholder teams to arrange the resources for customer project completion. 
- ASE should ensure that timeline and accuracy is maintained for all customer requests.
- Order Processing 
   -> Checking of documents, quotations and forms
   -> Timely raising of sales orders to CSS
   -> Accuracy in order raising to ensure provisioning and billing accuracy
   -> Raising of waivers and adjustments and getting sign offs
   -> Coordinating with customers and CSS to ensure smooth provisioning
   -> Arrangements of site surveys, wiring etc
   -> Alerting customers and AMs if there's any potential RFS delays
- Pre and Post Sales Support
   -> Support to AMs
   -> Assist AMs in reporting circuit faults and providing updates of circuit status accordingly to customer.
   -> Addressing customers' pre-sales enquiries and ordering process etc
   -> Served as another customer point of contact for SingTel Account team
- Support for Re-Location and Complex Projects
   -> Preparation work for relocation, ensure all services/aspects are well taken care of.
   -> Checking of resources and making reservations in system for voice services
   -> Verification of all information in forms, check endorsement of quotation and ensure they are orderly before submission to CSS.
- Customer Account Info Administration
   -> Filing of documents e.g. SRCA, Contract Agreement, Pricing etc
   -> Recording of customized account info 
- Billing Issues
   -> Assist AMs in billing issues, investigations, refunds, SLG rebates
   -> Account consolidations, transfers
   -> Checking of PTCs
   -> Supporting key customers for customized billings
   -> Coordinating with Finance and Credit departments
- Customer Experience
   -> To support customers well so as to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure the ease of doing business with SingTel
   -> Any Other Duties Assigned by Supervisor
